About Us
We are in this world to be there for one another.
And that is where the power to create change together begins.
Together we share is an Austrian non-profit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and helping to ensure their long-term well-being.
Our work is rooted in a simple yet powerful experience:
When we meet one another with love and compassion, we create a space for connection, trust, and support.
Our vision is to create small communities around the world where people connect heart to heart and come together to provide a safe and loving foundation for children — especially those without family support or facing challenging circumstances.
Our Story
We are Caroline from the Allgäu region and Tom from Berlin — the founders of Together we share.
Our paths crossed through a very special person: Masa from Uganda.
We had each met him independently through Instagram and immediately felt how big his heart was. It quickly became clear: something meaningful was beginning to grow.
In October 2022, Caroline began supporting Masa and his work in Uganda.
At the same time, Tom was in Kathmandu, Nepal, where he met Raju and his family in the Nayabasti Community and began supporting them on their journey.
Before long, we started sharing our experiences with each other — and decided to bring our passion projects together.
This is how Together we share came to life — through friendship, trust, and a deep desire to give children facing difficult circumstances the opportunity for a brighter, more loving future.
What We Do Today
Today, we support:
- 69 children in Uganda
- 39 children in Nepal
We walk alongside them on their journey, witnessing their learning, their laughter, and the small and big steps they take toward a new future.
What began as individual acts of support has grown into a vibrant community — carried by people who share, connect, and take responsibility together.
Our Vision
Seeing a child smile is a gift.
At the same time, we know that many children grow up without access to food, education, or safety.
Children are the future of our world.
And we can help shape that future.
We believe that even small steps can make a big difference.
Where love and compassion are lived, change becomes possible.
